October 18, 2024 Update 

This week rooms 8 and 12 hosted a sharing assembly with the theme of grace and courtesy. They shared what is important about showing grace and courtesy and demonstrated ways for each of us to do so. We encourage you to talk as a family about ways we engage in courteous acts at our school.  

Parent Teacher Conferences 

Parent Teacher conferences are October 24-25 and there will be no school for kindergarten students both days to allow for enough conference times. Please book your conferences before they booking system close using your MYCBE/PowerSchool account. Conferences for grades K-6 will be Thursday 3:30-7:40 and Friday 8:00-1:00. 

Scholastic Book Fair 

Our Scholastic Book fair will be set up during the week of conferences. Students will get a preview of books during the week. Parents can purchase books during the window of grade 1-6 conferences: Thursday, October 24 3:30-7:40 and Friday, October 25 8:00-1:00. The book fair will need to close promptly at the end of each day so please plan your shopping time accordingly. 

Halloween 

As you plan ahead for Halloween, please remember that we do not allow masks or weapons.  More information will come from classroom teachers about information for the day.
