November 8th Update
Thank you to our generous School Council for the gift of NEW school shirts! We had our first school shirt day on Wednesday and it was wonderful seeing all staff and students in our new swag. We will have more Shirt Days coming soon.
On Thursday, our grade 5-6 students led a beautiful Remembrance Day assembly. They shared poems, stories and songs to honour this day. Promoting peace is a key tenet of Montessori learning and this day helps us to commemorate the importance of peace in our world. We also thank Fred Litchfield, Veteran and former LBS staff, for joining us.
We are entering the Fall Break. We will see all students back on Thursday, November 14th.
Our School Development Plan for 2024-2025 is now posted on our website. We will be sharing more updates at School Council this month.
