June 6^th Update 

Today we had the opportunity to thank our volunteers. For the many ways volunteers support our school like School Council, field trips, Healthy Hunger lunches, library and garden....we THANK YOU!!! You help to show our students what community is, by your dedication and your commitment to generously donating your time and talents. 

On Monday we enjoyed an incredible two person musical performance by Evergreen Theatre. We had 10 student actors join the cast in supporting roles. Not only was it entertaining but we learned a lot about Alberta’s Energy. 

On Thursday evening all kindergarten students and new to the school grade 1-2 students were invited to our orientation. We are so excited to welcome these new students to our learning community.  

Class lists 

Teachers work very hard to create balanced and ideal class lists as we move into next year. Please know that although we will consider requests, we will ultimately make the decision that is best knowing the larger context. We work to create balance, pairing students with great learning friends. Any written requests should outline the qualities of a teacher who you feel is a fit. We will not be able to honour all requests.
